Payment Policies Six months prior to the event, $600 is required to secure and guarantee the event. A 50% deposit is due three months in advance of your event. Final payment is requested no later than the day of your event. Cash, credit card or business check are acceptable forms of payment. All food and non alcoholic beverages are billed to one tab. Tax and gratuity will be added to the food tab.

San Chez Bistro - Upper Gallery = depends on size of party = charge based on seats that are not filled, forecasted goal and event day.
San Chez Café - Entire Room = $500 room only, $800 for room and entertainment.
The Third Floor:
The facility rental includes use of the third floor until midnight
on weekends and 10pm on weekdays.
We provide tables, chairs and cocktail tables. White table linens, linen napkins, china and flatware are also included in the rental cost.

The Third Floor
Facility is flanked by panoramic windows, exposed brick walls and
vaulted ceilings. The urban loft exudes sophisticated elegance
without additional decorations. All decorations and party favors
must be approved by the Special Events manager. The use of hanging
decorations is acceptable only with prior approval. No tacking,
nailing or stapling decorations. Any decoration or favors that are
not approved require an additional fee for clean-up and repair. All
candles must be contained by a minimum covering of two inches.
Votive and hurricane candles are acceptable with prior approval.
Specific pre-approved candles are available for rent through the
Special Events Manager.
For an additional fee,
a parking lot can be secured nearby for your event. A minimum charge
of $300 is added for this service. Coat check and valet parking are
also available. Each service requires an additional fee based on the
number of event attendees. Contact the Special Events Manager for
specific pricing information.
Cancellations within
two weeks of the event will result in a charge equal to the total
final confirmed proposal amount (or more if changes or additions are
or have been made to the original proposal).
